Development of the new Fern office building in Lodz begins

Investor OPG Property Professionals has obtained a building permit for a new building in Lodz. The Fern Office building will be built on Piotrkowska Street.

A new office building with 6 floors will be constructed in Lodz. The investor of the building is OPG Property Professionals. The architectural design, for which NOW Biuro Architektoniczne is responsible, envisages the creation of A+ class office space and retail and service area. The entire investment will provide the market with more than 8,000 sqm of usable space and will complement the OFF Piotrkowska space.

Additional assets of the Fern Office building will be a specially created and publicly accessible relaxation zone on the building's roof. The project also envisages the erection of a 3-story high gate, behind which will be the area of Franciszek Ramisch's cotton products factory. The investor will also construct a multi-level parking lot with spaces for more than 200 vehicles, car elevators and parking availability signaling. The project is scheduled for completion in 2023.
