Diamond Business Park Ursus headquarters for Mary Kay

A new tenant in Warsaw's Diamond Business Park Ursus facility. American cosmetics company Mary Kay will move into the building to occupy about 1,890 sqm of warehouse and office space.

American cosmetics company Mary Kay, which is one of the world's largest manufacturers of high-quality cosmetics, has decided to open its new headquarters in one of Warsaw's office and warehouse facilities - Diamond Business Park Ursus. The new tenant will occupy about 1,890 sqm of space, leasing space for both a warehouse and an office.

The Diamond Business Park Ursus office and warehouse park is a Warsaw-based, modern building complex, located on Posag 7 Panien Street. The facility provides approximately 50,000 sqm of leasable space to the local market. It offers both space for warehouses and office premises. The building has also been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level.
