DL Tower attracts another tenant. Nałęcz clinic in Katowice office building.

The space of the DL TOWER office building under construction in Katowice continues to be an attractive offer for tenants. As of recently, Nalecz Clinic has been among them.

A new tenant will move into the DL TOWER office building. Previously, lease agreements were signed with ForSec and TÜV Austria, and now Nałęcz Clinic has also joined the ranks of tenants. The new offices of these three tenants will together occupy about 800 sqm of space. The DL TOWER office building is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2022.

The DL TOWER office building is a modern office building under construction in Katowice, which will offer its tenants about 17,000 sqm of leasable space. They will also have at their disposal above- and underground parking spaces, facilities for cyclists, as well as charging stations for electric vehicles. The building also features special eco-friendly solutions, which has been awarded a BREEAM certificate. DL TOWER is only a part of a larger investment by DL Invest Group, which will also include multifunctional buildings with space for retail and hotel, among others.
