Elite Expert Club a new tenant in Katowice's DL Tower office building

The DL TOWER office building under construction in Katowice will have a new tenant. Elite Expert Club, a business club for entrepreneurs, will move into the building.

The modern DL TOWER office building under construction on Korfantego Street in Katowice will have a new tenant. A business club for entrepreneurs, Elite Expert Club, will move into the building. The new tenant has made about 5,500 sqm of the office building's space already occupied.

DL TOWER is an office building reaching 13 stories, which will provide a total of about 17,000 sqm of leasable space upon completion. The building, rising to a height of 55 meters, will also offer its tenants above- and underground parking spaces, bicycle infrastructure and electric vehicle charging stations. DL TOWER is one of the stages of a larger investment, which will also provide the local market with space for a hotel or retail and service units. The building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate, which confirms the use of a number of environmentally friendly solutions in the building.
