This is the end of Atrium 1 in its current form - office building in central Warsaw underwent significant changes

Atrium 1, one of the most recognizable office buildings in central Warsaw, underwent a comprehensive transformation – both visual and functional. From now on, the building operates under a new name: Wise Point. The change includes not only new visual identification, but also modernization of interiors and surroundings. The lobby and entrance halls have been refreshed, and around the office building, a green space is being created that will promote daily comfort for users. The new architectural concept is based on the work of architect Mark Kubaczek's office, known for, among other things, the vistula boulevard projects and cooperation on the Zlota 44 apartment building.

Wise Point, however, is not just renewed aesthetics. The building has been equipped with modern technological solutions – it already previously used, among other things, geothermal heating and cooling systems, photovoltaic panels or a system for recovering gray and rainwater, which allows saving over 7 million liters of water per year. The plan also includes modernization of the BMS system, which will enable even more precise management of energy consumption and increase the comfort of using the office building.

The change of name to Wise Point is a symbol of a new beginning. The building, which belongs to the portfolio of the DEKA Immobilien fund, will soon offer almost all office space for rent – over 17,000 sqm. The new identity is to reflect the balance between technological modernity and care for the environment and well-being of users, which has been part of the DNA of this investment from the beginning.
