End of Orange Town – office complex enters a new era

The office complex at Aleja Jerozolimskich 160 in Warsaw, previously known as Miasteczko Orange, is undergoing a rebranding and taking a new name – Campus 160. This change is intended to better reflect the character of a place that has long created a friendly, inspiring work environment. A new visual identity and refreshed space are intended to support the development of the business community in the spirit of a modern campus – a place of idea exchange and cooperation.

As part of the transformation, the main lobby was refreshed, which now welcomes employees and guests in a more representative, open form. The JANDER KABZA Architekci studio was responsible for the project, and the renovation was completed on March 1. The interior combines natural materials, living greenery and refined lighting design, creating a friendly place for meetings and relaxation moments. The new name – Campus 160 – is no accident: "campus" refers to creative academic environments conducive to innovation, and the number "160" emphasizes the location of the complex.

The architectural design is the responsibility of Stanisław Fiszer, a well-known Polish architect who also works in France, co-creator of, among other things, the Warsaw Stock Exchange building. Campus 160 creates five six-story buildings with a total area of nearly 45,000 m², connected to each other on the ground and first floor levels. The thoughtful structure ensures convenient communication and user comfort. All work stations have access to natural light, and opening windows allow for natural ventilation. An additional advantage is a tree-filled garden with a fountain and wooden terrace – an ideal place to work or relax in the fresh air. The complex meets high standards of sustainable construction, which is confirmed by the BREEAM "Excellent" certificate.
