Enel-Med will open its clinic in Andersia Silver

Enel-Med will open a new medical clinic in Poznan. The network of clinics will rent an office in Andersia Silver, the largest office building in Poznan. The company rented space from Andersia Retails, with plans to create a branch of medical clinics and access to parking spaces on the property.

The lease agreement is valid for 10 years, starting from January 7, 2026.

Andersia Silver is an impressive building with a usable area of almost 40,000 square meters, distributed over 25 floors. This project was created under the supervision of the Design Studio of Ewa and Stanislaw Sipinski from Poznan. After construction is completed, its height will be 117.5 meters, making it the tallest building in Poznan.

Andersia Silver will also receive a LEED certificate at the Gold level, which will confirm the ecological solutions applied in the design and construction process of the facility.
