Ericsson Extends Agreement at Warsaw's Park Rozwoju

Park Rozwoju, a modern Class A office complex managed by EPP, extended cooperation with Ericsson. Located in a green, business Mokotow in Warsaw, Park Rozwoju consists of two 7-story buildings with a total area of 34,540 m².

The agreement with Ericsson concerns the lease of an office with an area of almost 1,500 m², which will be modernized and made available to employees in September of this year. Ericsson, a global provider of services and support for telecom operators, offers including fixed and mobile network infrastructure, broadband internet and multimedia solutions. The company is also an active promoter of 5G technology in Poland.

Park Rozwoju was designed with the goal of creating a friendly, multifunctional work environment, which is confirmed by BREEAM certification at Excellent level.
