Eurogate Logistics new tenant of MidPont71

Eurogate Logistics decided to rent a new office, which will facilitate the company's development and team scaling. The company's management decided on the MidPoint71 office building, located at ul. Powstancow Slaskich 9 in Wroclaw. Eurogate Logistics is a well-known and respected company in the logistics industry, which has been providing high-level services for years. The company will join the ranks of other tenants, such as PwC, Pyszne.pl, CCC and CitySpace. At the company's disposal will be almost 1,000 sqm of office space.

Brookfield Partners was responsible for the process of selecting the new office location.

MidPoint71 is a fourteen-story office building handed over to use in the first quarter of 2022. The building offers a total of almost 37,000 sqm of office space. MidPoint71 can boast a BREEAM Interim certificate at the Excellent level.
