As of now, the DL Piano office building in Katowice can boast such a certificate. Thanks to the use of a number of pro-environmental solutions in it, planting plants or building beehives, the building received an Excellent rating.

DL Piano office building was located in Katowice at 54 Wrocławska St. The building reaches a height of 5 floors and offers tenants more than 17,700 sq m of high-end total space.
