Exceptional certificate for one of Centrum South's office buildings

The most important international certificate for the safety and needs of building users has been awarded to one of the office buildings in the Centrum Południe complex in Wroclaw.

Good news for Skanska, the investor in Wrocław's Centrum Południe project. One of the office buildings in the complex has just been awarded the unique distinction of WELL Core & Shell certification. The requirements of this certification focus mainly on the mental and physical health of the building's users. It is important that the facility meets the expectations and needs of the people who will use it on a daily basis.

Centrum Południe is a Wrocław building complex located in the Krzyki district. Ultimately, the project will consist of five buildings, which will provide a total of about 85,000 sqm of space to the local market. The first two buildings have already been completed in the third quarter of 2020. Tenants of the complex will be able to use underground car parking, extensive bicycle infrastructure and electric vehicle charging stations. In addition, the facility will feature terraces and numerous green areas.
