EY Extends Lease in Lodz Office Building
EY extended its lease for over 1,400 sqm of office space in the Imagine complex in Lodz.
The company joined the Imagine complex tenants in 2019. The EY Lodz offices are located in building A, at the intersection of Piłsudski and Śmigłego-Rydza avenues. The negotiation process was supported by EY's Real Estate Advisory Team.
The Imagine complex consists of three buildings in Class A technical standards. Two six-story buildings offer a combined 17,200 sqm of commercial space—14,800 sqm of office space and 2,400 sqm of retail and service space. The third building is an above-ground garage offering 356 parking spaces and 49 double bicycle racks.
