One of the world's largest audit firms, Ernst & Young (EY), rented an office in the Brain Park office complex, located in downtown Krakow. EY's move to the new office on Grzegórzki is planned for the second half of this year.

EY is one of the largest audit firms in the world. It provides services to diverse clients, such as corporations, financial institutions, governments and non-profit organizations. The company employs thousands of employees worldwide and has offices in many countries, offering services in audit, tax advisory, risk management, strategic consulting, mergers and acquisitions, technology and other areas.

EY rented 2,000 square meters of office space in the Brain Park complex on Grzegórzki, which offers a total of 43,000 m² of modern workspace and almost 10,000 m² of green areas. The planned date for the new tenant to move into the office in downtown is scheduled for the second half of this year. For this reason, the developer completed the commercialization process for the first building in the office complex.
Among the companies that already use space in Brain Park are including EPAM Polska, PepsiCo GBS, ALDI Tech Hub, APPTIO Poland, Mercator Medical, Loftmill serviced offices and Medicover clinic.
