Face2Face Business Campus has a new manager
Face2Face Business Campus is one of the three largest office projects in Katowice, with nearly 47,000 sqm of office space. Tenants of the office building include Campgemini, Honeywell, Orange and Medicover Polska.
The owner of the building, a joint venture between the Czech fund Investika realitní fond and Luxembourg private equity investor Bud Holdings, has entrusted the investment management to the Savills consulting firm.
