First building of Ocean Office Park complex with occupancy approval

The Ocean Office Park A office building has received occupancy approval. The distinctive building is part of a complex under construction in Krakow's Zabłocie district.

The Ocean Office Park complex will provide the market with approximately 52,000 sqm of leasable office space. In addition, the development will feature green and relaxation zones, as well as retail and service outlets. Tenants will also have at their disposal a two-story parking lot inside the building, as well as parking spaces located around it. An interesting solution used in the construction of the complex is a double glass facade, which will increase thermal and acoustic comfort inside the building and provide an eye-catching appearance of the building.

Construction of the complex began in the fourth quarter of 2019. The project will be implemented in four stages. The first part of the complex has just received occupancy approval. The completed Ocean Office Park A offers tenants more than 7,000 sqm of leasable space. The building, with a distinctive façade that refers to the shape of waves, is located in Krakow's Zabłocie district.
