First building of Quorum complex in Wroclaw almost ready

The first phase of Wroclaw's Quorum Development is in the final stages of completion. The Quorum D office building will be ready in the second quarter of 2022.

The second quarter of 2022 will bring a significant change to the Wrocław office market. Work on the first building of the Quorum complex, which will ultimately be a complex of five multifunctional buildings, is expected to be completed by then. The final finishing and installation work is already underway at the Quorum D office building, a glass facade is being created and the historic brick facade is being renovated.

Quorum D is part of a larger Wroclaw development, which involves the creation of a complex of five buildings with mixed-use space. The Quorum D office building will provide more than 16,000 sqm of Class A office space to the local market. The human and nature-friendly solutions used in the building will allow Cavatina Holding to apply for a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. In addition to work space, tenants will have a number of amenities at their disposal, such as parking for nearly 300 cars and a green patio inside the building.
