First building of the Nowa Strzegomska complex with BREEAM certificate

Nowa Strzegomska is a project involving the modernization and construction of five Class A office buildings. Each of the office buildings will offer between 10,000 and 15,000 sqm of space and infrastructure for tenants, such as underground parking.

The first building completed as part of the project has received a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
