The group of tenants in the Nowy Rynek office complex in Poznan will expand to include an operator offering premium office space. In November of this year, a new Business Link space will be opened.

The new offer will be available in one of the office buildings of the Nowy Rynek complex in Poznan. Premium office space operator, Business Link, in November 2024 will offer tenants 1,950 square meters of modern, flexible space equipped with 268 workstations. Flexible offices will be available on the first floor of the Nowy Rynek E office building, ensuring the highest standard. Clients of the operator will have access to the latest technological solutions and office equipment, guaranteeing maximum work comfort. Appropriate acoustics will be provided in office rooms and common spaces, along with optimal lighting and air quality. Each office will have direct access to daylight, and planned common spaces will offer entertainment and relaxation areas.

Nowy Rynek is a Skanska investment that will ultimately provide 100,000 m² of usable space in 5 buildings with different functions. The complex is located near the intersection of Wierzbięcice and Matyi streets.
