FLYR Labs among tenants of Ocean Office Park in Kraków

The list of tenants in Krakow's Ocean Office Park office complex has recently been extended. FLYR Labs will move into one of the buildings, where it will occupy about 2,200 sqm of space.

A Krakow office complex will have a new tenant. A new company, FLYR Labs, which provides new technologies for the aviation industry, will move into the Ocean Office Park A building. The new tenant will occupy about 2,200 sqm of office space, where about 100 of the company's employees will find a place to work.

Ocean Office Park A is one of the office buildings included in a complex under construction in Krakow near Klimeckiego and Nowohucka streets. The building provides around 13,000 sqm of office space to the local market and was completed in the second quarter of 2021. It also provides tenants with underground parking spaces for about 200 cars. A second office building is currently under construction to provide more than 26,000 sqm of leasable space and is expected to be ready later this year.
