Forest eco-friendly office building with new tenant

Warsaw's Forest office complex will have a new tenant. INFOR PL Group, owner of a number of news portals, will move into the building.

The environmentally friendly Forest office building continues to attract new tenants. This time the INFOR PL Group has decided to rent work space. The company owns a number of information portals, such as infor.pl, dziennik.pl and gazetaprawna.pl. The new tenant is also involved in publishing and the development of mobile applications. It will have about 3,200 sq.m. of working space in its new office.

Forest is a Warsaw-based building complex that will provide a total of about 78,000 sqm of space to the local market. Currently, about 23,000 sqm of the development has been completed. In addition to office space, the complex will also include retail and service units. Tenants will have underground parking spaces and bicycle facilities. The complex is also rich in modern pro-environmental solutions. The building was designed by HRA Architekci studio.
