Former Warta Tower Will Undergo Comprehensive Modernization and Rebranding

Intensive work is underway on the revitalization project of the office building at Chmielna 85/87, known as the Former Warta Tower, located in the heart of the Central Business Area in Warsaw. This building, erected in 1998-2000, will undergo changes that will include modern technologies and innovative pro-ecological solutions.

The Former Warta Tower is an office building with an area of 33,700 sqm consisting of a tower section and podium, served by 4 additional receptions. At the current stage of the project, the building has been completely closed for use in order to carry out comprehensive modernization and rebranding.

As part of the project, the office building will be equipped with the latest technologies, thus meeting ESG requirements. The central element of modern indoor environmental management will be a building application, giving users control over various functions and amenities. Additionally, modern elevators, smart parking, and innovative solutions will facilitate tenants' free access to various parts of the building.

In addition to technological innovations, the project also includes a metamorphosis of green spaces. The commercial and service area will be adapted to the expectations of tenants and the local community, offering services in line with the latest trends. The building will also receive a new name and marketing presentation.

The first tenants from the building will be able to use it as early as Q1 2025.
