Four companies extend their leases with Malta Office Park

Locotranssped, GRENKE, Data System and ASTEK Polska have extended their existing leases with the building managed by EPP, Malta Office Park. In total, the four companies have more than 1,600 sqm at their disposal.

Located on Lake Malta, the complex consists of six office buildings, owned by Henderson Park, with a 70% stake, and the aforementioned EPP company, which holds a 30% stake and also manages the complex.
