The office building at Grojeckiej 5, located in the Ochota district, close to Plac Zawiszy, was purchased by Solida Capital Europe fund from Cromwell European REIT. The new owner has ambitious development plans for this building. Under the new name G5 Prime Offices, the building will operate under the management of Solida Capital Europe fund. Built in 2006, the eight-story building offers a total of approximately 11,500 square meters of office space.
The planned renovation will include the use of modern technologies and management systems that will reduce the building's impact on the environment. New technologies are also aimed at optimizing energy efficiency and promoting employee well-being. The office building will be equipped with energy-efficient lighting systems and advanced waste management solutions and artificial intelligence.
