Gdansk Officina headquarters for new IT tenant

The Officyna office building has gained a new tenant from the IT industry - the international company Avenga. The company's employees will move into the building in the second quarter of 2022.

Avenga, a company operating on the global IT market for 20 years, has decided to open its new office in Gdansk. It has chosen the modern Officyna office building as its headquarters, where it will occupy almost 250 sqm of working space. The lease agreement covers a period of 5 years, and the company's employees will move into their new office as early as the second quarter of 2022.

The Officyna office building is part of a complex of two buildings located in Gdansk on Grunwaldzka Street. In total, the entire facility provides about 12,300 sqm of leasable space to the local market. The office building boasts a Platinum rating in LEED certification. In addition, tenants have above- and underground parking spaces and extensive bicycle infrastructure at their disposal. APA Wojciechowski Architekci studio is responsible for the architectural design of the building.
