Getin Noble Bank will remain a tenant of Silesia Star office complex

One of the largest tenants in the Silesia Star office complex will remain in the facility for longer. Getin Noble Bank has decided to extend its lease at the Katowice complex.

Getin Noble Bank is one of the largest tenants in the Silesia Star office complex in Katowice. The company occupies about 2,000 sqm of working space in the facility. Getin Noble Bank recently decided to extend its lease agreement for office space in the complex and remain in its current location for a longer period of time.

Silesia Star is a complex of two office buildings located on Uniwersytecka Street in Katowice. Both buildings rise eight stories high and offer their tenants a total of about 29,000 sqm of leasable space. Above-ground and underground parking spaces are also at their disposal. In the near future, there are plans to modernize the building's lobby and create a garden where tenants can relax and unwind.
