Global IT company occupied almost half of Saski Crescent office building

One of the fastest-growing IT companies in the world will occupy three floors with a total area of over 6,000 sqm in the renovated Saski Crescent office building, located in the very center of Warsaw. The property, whose comprehensive modernization is just completing, will gain a new main tenant, a global IT company, which will occupy almost 50% of the building's area.

The Saski Crescent office building, located at the intersection of Marszałkowska and Królewska Streets, is one of the best-rated locations on the capital's office map. After comprehensive renovation, Saski Crescent offers ultra-modern, energy-efficient and functional office environment and common areas. The new tenant is planning to move into the new office in the second quarter of this year.

Saski Crescent underwent comprehensive modernization from the beginning of last year and will be opened in a new version in the first quarter of 2024. CA Immo focuses on investments in green class A office buildings, so the modernization aimed both to increase the comfort of its users and to introduce functionality supporting environmentally friendly operation.
