Global Office Park in Katowice with Outstanding rating after BREEAM certification

One of the most modern buildings in Katowice - Global Office Park - has recently received a unique distinction. The complex received an Outstanding rating in the BREEAM certification process.

Global Office Park in Katowice is one of the most modern buildings in the city. The two Katowice towers total about 55,000 sqm of modern lease space. The complex was recently awarded a BREEAM certificate, achieving the maximum score - Outstanding. The certification process singled out, among other things, the materials used during construction, energy efficiency of the office building, landscaping and use of water.

Global Office Park is a multifunctional development, offering various types of spaces for lease. The complex includes office space, as well as residential or retail units. The three buildings belonging to Global Office Park are connected by one common podium, reaching five floors. The commercialization level of the complex remains at 70 percent.
