Globalworth owns an office building in Krakow's Podium Park complex

One of Central and Eastern Europe's largest investors, Globalworth, has just become the owner of an office building that is part of the Podium Park office complex under construction in Krakow.

Office investor Globalworth has purchased one of the Podium Park office buildings, which are located on Izydor Stella-Sawickiego Street and Jana Pawła II Avenue in Krakow. Building B, completed in 2020, stands out in the office market for its modernity and the use of many environmentally friendly solutions. The building will provide approximately 18,800 sqm of office space out of the 55,000 sqm of leasable space offered by the entire complex. Completion of the last building of the Podium Park office complex is scheduled for 2022. As one of the few in the country, the Krakow complex has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the highest level of Outstanding, thanks to the ecological solutions used in the project.
