Great success of V.Offices office building. Kraków building achieved the second highest score in the world

Located in Krakow, the V.OFFICES office building has been awarded the BREEAM Outstanding certificate with an excellent score of 98.87 percent, the highest score for an office building in Poland and the second highest in the world.

Krakow's V.OFFICES is a modern office building located in the Old Town. The building offers 24,700 sqm of leasable space spread over 6 floors above ground. Its construction was completed in 2019. The source of heat in the skyscraper is a boiler room for environmentally friendly gas fuel. During the construction of the office building, a number of environmentally friendly solutions were used, such as zero-emission solar collector roof systems.

The building, thanks to its innovations, has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Outstanding level during the development and commissioning phase, with an unprecedented score of 98.87 percent, the second highest in the world in the office building category.

The BREEAM certification system was created to evaluate buildings both in terms of their environmental impact and employee comfort. Such a high score proves that the V.OFFICES building meets the highest global standards.
