Green patio of Face2Face Business Campus complex ready

Katowice-based office complex Face2Face Business Campus has gained a green, multifunctional patio located between the buildings. The investment took up about 4,000 sqm of space.

A green patio between the buildings of the Face2Face Business Campus office complex has been completed. About 4,000 sqm of space next to the facility has been developed and has already been put into use. The design of the multifunctional patio, which was created by the MAŁECCY design office, includes a number of interesting solutions that will allow both rest and relaxation, as well as concentration while working among nature. The patio includes, among other things, a cherry orchard, relaxation zones or playing fields where you can play volleyball or basketball.

The Face2Face Business Campus complex was located on Zelazna Street in Katowice. It consists of two buildings with a total rentable area of about 46,000 sqm. In addition to the aforementioned multi-functional patio, the facility is equipped with many amenities for its tenants. It has aboveground and underground parking spaces and many environmentally friendly solutions, which has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
