Szczecin's multifunctional high-rise building Hanza Tower will have a new tenant. A law firm that recently bought office space in the more than 100-meter-high skyscraper will move into the building.

Szczecin's multifunctional skyscraper Hanza Tower is the tallest building in the city. Its height exceeds 100 meters and reaches 30 stories. The building supplies about 3,000 sqm of modern office space to the local market. In addition, the building also offers space for commercial and retail and residential units. The building has an underground garage hall for cars and bicycle infrastructure that tenants can use. On the top floor of the building is an observation deck, from which one can enjoy a unique view of the city.
