The Fabryczna Office Park office building has gained a new tenant. The international company Igepa has moved into the building and occupied about 1,300 sqm of space.
Krakow's Fabryczna Office Park office building is attracting more tenants. The international company Igepa, which distributes paper and printing substrates, has recently moved into the building. Igepa Poland has been present in Poland since 1995 and is part of the Igepa Group. The new tenant has taken about 1,300 sqm of space in one of the office buildings in the Fabryczna Office Park complex.
The Fabryczna Office Park complex is part of a larger Kraków-based development called Fabryczna City. The office buildings provide approx. 42,000 sqm of leasable space. Additional amenities for tenants include above- and underground parking spaces, electric vehicle charging stations and extensive infrastructure for cyclists. In addition, the building has a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level, which confirms the use of a number of environmentally and human-friendly solutions in the complex.
