Implementation of the first phase of Tischnera Green Park is beginning in Krakow

In Krakow, at Wadowicka 14 Street, the implementation of the new multi-use Tischnera Green Park complex is beginning. The investor of the project is Polish company Stalprodukt S.A. from Bochnia. The complex will be built in the Podgórze district, right next to the Kreo office building, and ultimately will include several buildings with a total usable area of over 100 thousand sqm.

The first phase of the investment includes the construction of a modern 11-story office building, of which two will be underground. The office space available for rent will be 24 thousand sqm, and the underground garage will have 384 parking spaces. The building will be built at the intersection of Wadowicka and Tischnera streets, and its main entrance, emphasized by a characteristic two-story underpass, will be located from Wadowicka Street. The front facade will be decorated with a clock.

Tischnera Green Park will be implemented in accordance with the highest environmental standards, which is confirmed by the preliminary BREEAM assessment at the "Outstanding" level (98.94%). The office building will use, among other things, a trigeneration system, combining the production of heat, cold and electricity. The architectural design is the responsibility of Krakow's Q-Arch office. Completion of the first phase of construction is planned for August 31, 2027.
