Intraco Prime in Warsaw with higher BREEAM certificate rating than by design

Warsaw's Intraco Prime office building has recently been awarded a BREEAM certificate. The recently commissioned Polski Holding Nieruchomości building received an Excellent rating.

Good news for Polski Holding Nieruchomości and its Intraco Prime office building. The building, which was recently commissioned, has been awarded a high BREEAM certification rating. The office building received an Excellent rating, which is a higher score than the one received back at the design stage. The certification score reached more than 80 percent. The building was awarded for, among other things, its workmanship and modern, environmentally friendly solutions.

Intraco Prime is a Warsaw office building, offering high-end leasable space reaching approximately 13,000 sqm. The building reaches eight floors above ground, with underground parking spaces for cars. The office building is also equipped with a number of facilities for cyclists. The building was completed in the first quarter of 2022.
