Investment of Katowice's Global Office Park complex getting closer to completion

Work on Katowice's Global Office Park complex is progressing faster and faster. The completion of the two office towers is imminent.

The development of the Global Office Park complex in Katowice is progressing as intended. Two office towers will soon be ready, reaching over 100 meters in height. Work is currently underway on installing crowns at both buildings and creating the reinforced concrete structure of a third, lower residential building.

Global Office Park is a complex of three buildings located in Katowice at the intersection of Dąbrówki and Mickiewicza streets. It consists of two high-rise office buildings that rise to a height of more than 100 meters and offer a total of about 55,000 sqm of space, as well as one lower building with residential units. All buildings in the Global Office Park complex will be connected by a common podium, which will offer space for food and beverage and retail establishments. An additional asset of the complex will be green terraces and relaxation areas available to tenants. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2022.
