Katowice office market will be enriched by new ECO City Katowice complex

ECO City is a complex of four office buildings under construction in Katowice. Completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2022.

A new complex of four office buildings, ECO City Katowice, is under construction in Katowice. The investment is being developed by GPP Group. The design of the facility assumes that the complex will provide the market with approximately 34,000 sqm of leasable space. Each of the buildings consists of seven floors, while there will be an underground car garage and bicycle parking under the office buildings. The complex will also offer charging stations for electric vehicles.

More than half of the area of the new facility will be dedicated to green and recreational areas. It will be an ideal place for relaxation and walking, as an 800-meter-long path will stretch around the buildings. Thanks to the use of a number of amenities for employees and nature-friendly solutions, the facility has already been awarded a BREEAM pre-certificate at the Outstanding level at the design stage.
