Koenig & Bauer (CEE) moved to a new office in December last year. The company became a tenant of the Taneczna Office Park office building in Warsaw.

Koenig & Bauer Group is the oldest printing machine manufacturer in the world. It has been operating on the market for over 200 years, searching for ever newer, more efficient and environmentally friendly printing solutions.

Koenig & Bauer (CEE) is the exclusive representative of Nilpeter narrow-web machines on the Polish market.

The company rented over 400 sqm in Taneczna Office Park. It is a modern office with an excellent location and good access. The building is located in Warsaw's Ursynow, in the immediate vicinity of the Warsaw Southern Bypass and Puławska Street, which guarantees fast connections with the exit routes from the city.

In the negotiation process, the tenant was supported by Brookfield Partners.
