Konstruktorska Business Center with new tenant

A new tenant will move into the modern office building Konstruktorska Business Center. The building will house the headquarters of Sunday, a company operating in the photovoltaic and heat pump industry.

A new tenant from the photovoltaic and heat pump installation market will move into the Konstruktorska Business Center office building in Warsaw. Sunday's company will have about 700 sqm of office space on the building's 2nd floor at its disposal early next year, where it will service businesses and individual clients.

Konstruktorska Business Center is a Warsaw office building located in Mokotow. It owes its name to the street on which it is located - Konstruktorska 13. The building provides the local market with about 45,000 sq m of rentable office space. It also provides tenants with underground parking spaces for cars and such outlets as a gym, cafeteria and restaurant. The building incorporates a number of nature- and people-friendly solutions, which has been awarded a BREEAM certificate of Very Good.
