Krakow: High5ive office building with highest LEED certification rating

Very good news for Skanska and its High5ive investment in Krakow. The office building has received the highest possible LEED certification rating, the Platinum note. The distinction confirms that the investment was built in accordance with the highest ecological certifications.

Krakow's High5ive building is one of the most environmentally friendly buildings. This is confirmed by the recently obtained LEED certification at the highest possible level, namely Platinum. The investment is owned by Skanska, which is known for using modern, environmentally friendly solutions in its projects. This applies to both the materials used during construction and modern methods and solutions.

High5ive is a Krakow office complex located on Pawia Street. It comprises a total of five office buildings, which together provide about 70,000 sqm of leasable space. There are office, retail and service units. Additional amenities for tenants include underground parking spaces and bicycle infrastructure elements.
