Krakow's Mogilska 43 Office building runs out of leasable space

The commercialization level of the Mogilska 43 Office building has already reached 90 percent, with the recently signed lease agreement making the building almost fully leased.

The last free square meters of space in the Mogilska 43 Office building are slowly running out. A recent lease agreement signed by a consulting firm for 1,200 square meters of office space has contributed to the building being 90 percent commercialized.

The Mogilska 43 Office building is about 12,000 sqm of high-standard total space. The building has office space tailored to the diverse needs of its tenants. It offers coworking spaces, as well as serviced offices or conference rooms. Moreover, Mogilska 43 contains many amenities for its users, including underground parking and infrastructure for cyclists. In addition, the office building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
