Krakow's Principio office building with new tenant

A lease agreement has recently been signed for office space in one of Krakow's office buildings. MedApp, a company developing medical technology solutions, has moved into the Principio building.

One of Krakow's office buildings has become the headquarters for MedApp, a company that develops innovative technological solutions in the field of medicine. It is responsible for launching the Digital Clinic, CarnaLife System and CarnaLife Holo systems, among others. In its work, the company also works with other global medical and technology brands, such as Johnson & Johnson, Google and Microsoft. The company has just signed a lease for office space in Krakow's Principio building and has already moved into its new headquarters.

Principio is a high-end office building located in Cracow on Armii Krajowej Street. It was built according to a design by Artur Jasińscy i Wspólnicy architectural firm. It belongs to a complex of two buildings of the same name. The complex of office buildings provides the local market with a total of about 10,700 sqm of space. Among other things, it provides tenants with underground parking spaces for cars and extensive bicycle infrastructure.
