Lakeside office building with first lease agreement

An important event for the LAKESIDE office building under construction in Warsaw. The first company has just signed a lease for office space in the Mokotow building under construction.

Good news for developer Atenor, investor of the LAKESIDE office building under construction in Warsaw's Mokotow district. The building has already gained its first tenant, which is Hewlett Packard Enterprise. The company is involved in the IT industry, focusing mainly on the area of data storage and processing and cloud computing.

LAKESIDE is a modern Warsaw office building under construction on a lake in Warsaw's Mokotow district. The development, which will eventually consist of buildings, is expected to provide around 24,000 sqm of space to the local market. Among other things, tenants will have an underground garage hall and terraces at their disposal. The building already boasts a BREEAM precertification at the Outstanding level and WELL Gold precertification at an early stage of development.
