Lodz deal

Lodz deal

Echo Investment and EPP have entered into an agreement to sell the second phase of the Symetris Business Park office complex in Lodz, making EPP its owner. Echo's CEO explains the company's profitable growth strategy-their goal is to sell investments right after construction and leasing is completed. For EPP, this means short-term profit, as they prefer to focus on retail properties, according to CEO Hadley Dean. The complex is located on Piłsudskiego Avenue in Łódź. It consists of two buildings with a total area of more than 19,000 square meters leased by Nordea, Philips Polska, TRW Polska, Solar Polska, among others. Each floor contains open space that can be arranged to suit the needs of tenants. The complex has been awarded the BREEAM green certificate.
