Lodz Fusion complex will offer flexible office space from CitySpace

Lodz Fusion will offer its tenants modern office space as early as next year. One of the buildings will feature co-working space from provider CitySpace.

Łódź will see the first location of flexible office space from provider CitySpace as early as early next year. The modern workspace will be located in one of the buildings of the Fusion complex. CitySpace will occupy about 2,000 sqm of space, where there will be a range of workspaces. Tenants will have private desks, open space, conference rooms and common areas.

The Fusion complex is a complex of multiple modern multifunctional buildings. The facility includes office space, as well as residential, catering and service and retail space. The work space is about 40,000 sq. m. The facility is being built on the site of the former Karol Scheibler factory. It is Echo Investment Group's most important investment in Lodz to date.
