Lodz office building changes owner

Renavis was chosen as the exclusive agent responsible for renting office space in the Forum 76 complex in Lodz. As part of the cooperation, it will be responsible for commercializing the building and acquiring and servicing tenants. This is another example of Renavis's development in the commercial real estate market and at the same time an important step in managing one of the most recognizable office buildings in the city.

Forum 76 is a modern class A office complex that consists of two buildings with a total area of 7,700 sqm. It is located in a strategic point in Lodz – at the confluence of Pilsudski Avenue and Kopcinski and Smiglskiing Streets, at one of the busiest intersections in the city. Thanks to its location, the object offers easy access to public transport, proximity to the center and developed service infrastructure in the immediate surroundings.

The owner of Forum 76 is FIX Poland, which belongs to the investment funds Pinebridge Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital. Both companies actively invest in the commercial real estate market in Poland, focusing on modern buildings with the potential for further development. The entrusting of rental services to Renavis testifies to the owner's professional approach to real estate management and the desire to maximize the value of the Forum 76 complex.
