Changes in the Łódź office market. One of the tallest buildings in the city is changing its owner. The Red Tower office building has gone into the hands of Warimpex Group.

The Red Tower office building in Lodz is changing its owner. Until now the building belonged to the Octa RT company. In the last days of June the process of selling the building was finalized. As a result of the concluded agreement, the building went into the hands of Warimpex Group, which is gradually expanding its real estate portfolio in Lodz. The new owner wants to focus on acquiring new tenants for the yet-to-be-commercialized space and expanding the coworking space.
