Lux Med Group leased more than half of Lakeside office building

A lease agreement for office space in the new LAKESIDE office building on Warsaw's Mokotów was finalized, marking the largest single transaction on the capital's office market in 2023. In the second half of 2024, the opening of a new Lux Med office is planned, a leader in private medical services in Poland, which leased more than 13,000 sqm of office space in the LAKESIDE complex. This represents more than half of the total office space in this building, which is owned by Atenor.

LAKESIDE is a modern office complex with a total area of approximately 23,850 sqm, which will be commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2023. This building has the prestigious BREEAM certification at the Outstanding level and WELL certification at the Gold level.
