Medical center in Brain Park office building in Krakow

Echo Investment's office development will become the location for the largest Medicover medical center in Krakow. The facility will be built in one of Brain Park's office buildings.

An advanced medical center will be built in the modern Brain Park complex in Kraków. The new Medicover facility will have more than 1,500 sqm of space at its disposal in one of the office buildings. It will be the largest and most modern center among the company's Krakow facilities. Appointments will be available from October this year.

Brain Park is a modern Kraków office complex. The development is being built on Aleja Pokoju and Fabryczna Street. Ultimately, the facility will consist of three buildings. They will provide the local market with about 43,000 sqm of leasable space. A two-level garage hall for cars will be available to tenants. Completion of the first of the buildings will take place in the last quarter of 2022.
