Mennica Towers Fully Leased. Final 4,000 sqm Agreement Signed

Mennica Towers has achieved 100% commercialization level. At the end of 2025, a lease agreement was signed for the last available space, covering over 4,000 sqm, definitively closing the leasing process for the entire complex. Colliers was responsible for commercializing the facility.

Full occupancy coincided with Mennica Towers entering a new phase of operation, marked by a name change and implementation of a new development strategy. Signing the final agreement confirmed the attractiveness of the complex for tenants seeking a prestigious location, modern architecture, and high technical and environmental standards.

Located on Prosta Street in Warsaw's Wola district, the complex consists of two buildings offering a combined over 65,000 sqm of office and retail-service space. The characteristic architecture by Goettsch Partners and BREEAM Excellent and LEED Platinum certificates strengthen Mennica Towers' position as one of the most recognizable and fully leased office addresses in central Warsaw.
