Metropolitan headquarters for 7R company

7R, which is involved in the construction of manufacturing and warehousing facilities, has moved into one of Warsaw's facilities. Warsaw's Metropolitan has become the company's new headquarters.

The Metropolitan office building has gained a new tenant. Another company, 7R, has just moved into the prestigious building in Warsaw. It is a company engaged in the implementation of warehouse and production investments throughout the country. The company's new office has taken up about 1,300 sqm of working space, with two green terraces additionally available to employees. The company's headquarters were previously properly arranged by Tétris.

The Metropolitan is a Class A office building in Warsaw, which provides about 33,600 sqm of workspace to the local market. In addition, the building also includes 3,300 sqm of space for retail and service units, as well as underground car parking for tenants. There is also an interior courtyard with a fountain. The architectural design of the building was prepared by Norman Foster.
